Quote requests
Submitting files or project details requests an evaluation only. It does not obligate either party to begin work, create a purchase, or accept a quoted price.
Project agreement
Work begins only after written agreement on scope, deliverables, price, schedule, payment arrangements, and included revisions. Additional or changed work may require a revised price and schedule.
Customer source material
You confirm that you are authorized to share supplied files and will communicate all applicable requirements. Haldan provides CAD and drafting support; customer review and approval of final dimensions, specifications, safety requirements, and manufacturing suitability remain necessary.
Accounts and company access
You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your sign-in credentials. Company workspace administrators should invite only authorized coworkers. Haldan may suspend access that appears unauthorized, abusive, or unsafe.
Confidentiality
Standard submissions are handled privately. Selecting the NDA option is a request to arrange additional written confidentiality terms; the checkbox itself does not create an NDA. Do not submit higher-sensitivity material until the requested agreement is signed.
Files and availability
Haldan may apply upload size, file type, storage, and retention limits. Keep your own copies of all source and delivered files. Account and portal access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or service-provider issues.
