Information collected
Haldan may collect your name, email address, company information, project details, account records, uploaded files, quote history, and technical information needed to keep the service secure.
How it is used
Information is used to evaluate requests, prepare quotes, perform agreed work, communicate project updates, maintain account history, prevent abuse, and meet business or legal obligations. Haldan does not sell customer information.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, Haldan uses limited first-party analytics and Microsoft Advertising measurement to understand page visits, traffic sources, and actions such as starting or submitting a quote request. Advertising storage is denied by default and enabled only when you allow analytics. Analytics records do not include customer names, email addresses, filenames, project notes, uploaded files, or drawing contents. You can decline optional analytics and change your choice later from the footer. Essential storage used for account sessions, security, and your privacy choice remains active.
Service providers
Haldan uses Supabase for account authentication, database services, private file storage, and limited first-party analytics; Resend for transactional email; Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention; Microsoft Advertising for consent-controlled campaign measurement; and the site host for application delivery and technical logs. These providers process only the information needed to provide their services.
Customer files and retention
Project files are stored privately and are not published. Unaccepted quote material is scheduled for removal after approximately 180 days. Files associated with accepted or completed work are normally retained for one year after the relevant project activity. Haldan may shorten or extend retention when requested, legally required, or reasonably necessary to resolve an active project.
Accounts and company workspaces
Personal accounts can view their own project history. Approved company workspaces may share company-designated projects with authorized workspace members. Company access requests are reviewed by Haldan before shared access is enabled.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by emailing info@Haldan.org. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, payment, dispute, or legal purposes.
Security and confidentiality
Haldan uses access controls and private storage intended to protect submitted information. No internet service can promise absolute security. Request an NDA before uploading material that requires a higher confidentiality standard.
