Do I need an account to request a quote?
No. Submit as a guest with your email address. A free account adds quote tracking, project history, and company workspace access.
What if I only have a sketch or an old drawing?
That is a valid starting point. Include dimensions, reference photos, and what you need. We will identify missing information before agreeing on scope.
How are pricing and turnaround determined?
Every project is reviewed manually. Your quote will specify deliverables, price, schedule, and included revisions. No automated pricing.
What files can I send?
PDF, STEP, IGES, STL, DWG, DXF, SolidWorks, images, and ZIP packages. Clear handwritten drawings are welcome too. Uploads are limited to 10 files, 50 MB each, and 200 MB total.
Who owns the finished work?
Ownership and native file delivery will be specified in your written quote and agreed terms. Tell us which formats you need before work begins.
Can we arrange an NDA?
Yes. Select the NDA option in the quote form before sending confidential files. Haldan will contact you to put the higher confidentiality standard in writing.
